With over 15 years in compliance and governance, I’ve dedicated my career to helping FinTech and crypto firms navigate complex regulatory landscapes. My journey has taken me from leading compliance initiatives for some of the world’s most innovative financial institutions, including FNZ Group, to advising FinTech firms on using compliance as a strategic driver of growth and trust. Working across London, New York, Dubai, and Hong Kong, I’ve built a reputation for redefining compliance as a vital tool for building resilient and responsible organisations in a fast-evolving industry.

When I’m not advising at the highest levels, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned. I enjoy speaking, mentoring, and writing on the topics of compliance and governance, helping to inspire and guide the next generation of compliance professionals. My approach is always to simplify the complex, making it accessible and actionable. I currently reside in London with my two young children, who keep me grounded and remind me daily of the importance of resilience and adaptability.
